Around 3-4 months ago, Beauty Wise Cosmetics announced na dadalhin nila ang Moppa Cosmetics here in PH, in short all of Moppa Cosmetics products is Made in Korea. Wala ako masyadong background sa mismong company or brand~

I received the Moppa Cosmetics twisty tints last December 2018 meron siyang 5 shades but i only got 3 the #1 Smudge rose #2 radiant nude and #5 spice (if you want to check more shades click here).

December 2018 to January is a bad month for me dahil both me and my husband got flu so i totally forgot about this product, I just remember it nung pagaling na ko and yung dry lips ko naging super dry at ang dami ng sugat, I made a youtube video testing it while ganon ang kalagayan ng lips ko as in El Nino if this Moppa Cosmetics works with Dry Lips.

• Lasted for 25 hours (ehhhhh?)
• Water proof
• Transfer proof
• Velvety with Matte Finish
• Lasted up until one year! 
• It will not suck dry your lips
• Lightweight and Comfortable

My Thoughts

✅1st 25 hours

 it do last for so many hours i sleep i drink i eat it's still there pero hindi na mismo yung top coat niya ang maiiwan nalang sa lips mo is stain ( check my wear test while we are on our way to Subic Zambales here).

✅2nd Waterproof  and Transfer proof

I did try it while swimming it's waterproof but i also did try drinking water and nagttransfer siya sa cup or bottle but i tuck mo lang yung lips mo is ok naman na ulit walang bald spots or uneven.

✅ Velvety Matte Finish/ It will not suck dry your lips/Lightweight and Comfortable

It's so creamy and has velvety matte finish and we all know na medyo mahirap ipull ang matte lipsticks dahil unlike glossy hindi siya masyado flawless tingnan and sa kagaya ko na dry lips naeemphasize ng mga matte lipsticks yung cracks sa lips ko but this one is different. Yes, obvious yung pagbabalat sa lips ko lalo na nung tnry ko to is kagagaling ko lang sa sakit but hindi ko problema ang mga cracks sa lips ko hindi niya yun inemphasize and pag dating sa Lightweight and Comfortable ramdam ko na meron sa labi ko pero hindi naman mabigat, meron kasi akong nattry na mga tints like this one na para talagang wala akong nilagay sa lips ko.

✅Lasted up until one year

Tints like this na mga nauuso now is kahit may laman 6 months ko lang gagamitin hindi ko na siya patatagalin ng isang taon and A little goes a long way so pwede siyang tumagal but the problem is masobrahan ka sa twist and ang tendency is masasayang yung product like what happen when i first tried it so beware huwag masyadong itwist ang dial.

In case na mag pupurchase ba ko ng panibago nito? I think kukunin ko nalang yung two remaining shades para matry ko pero definitely hindi na ko kukuha ng panibago pa nung tatlo. Ok lang na matry ko siya and that's it, I'll give 4.5 🌟 para sa product na to~

BTW Hindi pa ko nagbasa or nagsearch about sa ibang nakatry nito ano ang testimonials nila and verdict sa product so lahat ng sinabi ko sa blog na to is yung naexperience ko sakanya

PRRETI BlingGli Dia Purple Mask : Peel-off mask with Glitters

HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!

Sounds so late but its better late than never!

After 16 days of suffering from flu and asthma im so excited to do some skincare! ~

Half a month without skincare? I CAN’T!!!!

So let’s talk about this new item I got at Althea Korea the Prreti BlingGli Dia Purple Peel- off Mask!

Wow that name though ha ha

Let’s Start

Upon checking the website, the packaging really looks good it’s so pleasing perfect display on my vanity area. It has this silver cap and double wall jar that is violet on the outside it’s not plastic not also a glass inside a uni-carton with 80 grams of product for P470 or around $10.

When we open the cap it has this liner to protect the item from spilling and when we remove it you will see the shining shimmering sticky purple product inside it has this micro and big chunks of glitters inside so take note not to put it near your eyes.

According to Althea Website…

• ·         It can exfoliate and smooth-ens your face
• ·         It can removes sebum and impurities
• ·         It can improve skin condition
• ·         It contains 7 Jewel complex like diamond, ruby, sapphire, pearl, amethyst, jade and tourmaline powders that can revitalized dull and fatigued skin
• ·         It doesn’t contain any harmful heavy metal contents like Lead, Arsenic, Mercury, Antimony, Cadmium and Nickel

Application

I hope it has something that can scoop the product because the consistency of this one is sticky as freak! I find it hard to spread because of the glue like consistency and it smells like a strong citrusy with a faint scent of glue which fades when it dries.

I feel nothing while it’s on my face no tingling and itchy sensation I just dislike the scent of this one

I wait for 20 minutes before removing it take note to peel it from chin upwards like most of the peel off mask, It hurts a little because of my facial hairs I can’t see closely if it did remove my black heads and white heads because of the glitters.

I removed the excess product with Luke warm water and I feel a numb stingy itchy sensation around my nose that’s my sign that some of my blackheads says goodbye around my nose.

Final Verdict

Looking my face on the mirror is Prreti BlingGli Dia Purple Mask can really brightens your complexion after using, it minimize my clogged pores (take note 16 days without any skincare even facial wash) It removes some of my black and white heads but not the deep ones, It removes the dry skin on my cheeks so it leaves my skin smooth and soft.

Overall I’m loving the product but if you will ask me if I will repurchase it again the answer is NO the effect of the Prreti BlingGli Dia Purple Mask is like my other peel off mask with much more lower price the only difference is the promising ingredients of Prreti and the glitters it’s fun to use it. I prefer using my $4 black peel off mask which I bought in Watsons. I still use this but repurchasing it?? Nahhhhh…

Cleanser and Serum in One? Pore Purifying Serum Cleanser

Pore Purifying Serum Cleanser

When I got my Pore Purifying Serum Cleanser, I'm as well little bit confuse. Is it a oil base make-up remover? A Cleansing Oil like the Klair's Gentle Black Cleansing Oil or maybeeee A Toner? dumb me ha ha~

Well Pore Purifying Serum Cleanser is one the product releases of Althea Korea! It is supposed to be a Cleanser and Serum in One which can...

• Remove dirt and even makeup on your face without drying up your skin.
• Keeps the Skin Hydrated from within
• With Pure Mint Extract that can helps you with large pores 
• Can remove dead skin cells
• Has PH balance that's not too harm for perfect healthy skin
• Soothes Inflammation caused by Acne

A very promising product for a Dry combination/ sensitive skin type like me I have this oily in my t-zone and super dry patchy oval and that's the reason why I love the Klair's Gentle Black Cleansing Oil but it's so expensive while the Pore Purifying Serum Cleanser of Althea Korea is only P430 or around $10 and you will get 150ml of the product. 

I test this for the 4th time today as my morning cleanser, As you can see i have two unwanted guest on my face right now because it's the time of the month for girls like me, It is almost healed and fast unlike any other months not that reddish anymore maybe because of the Purifying Mint Extract! yey~ My dry skin is also visible around my cheeks and side of the lips area and those eeewwwwy white alien on my nose area! yes that's my face before my morning skincare routine!~

PACKAGING AND CONSISTENCY

What I don't like about this item is the packaging, the bottle itself is a thick plastic that you can't squeeze so you need to shake or pound it on your hands to get the product, Its Oil-serum like consistency that's not greasy.

APPLICATION AND AFTER CLEANSING

It's like an oil base makeup remover but instead of just removing my makeup it also cleanse my face and add moisture into it. No bubbles just pure oil that you need to massage on your face for around 10 sec before you rinse it. After cleansing my face looks dewy, smooth and looks healthy like i already did my skincare routine. In terms of  Dry parts on my skin I can't feel it because it's smooth and soft but i still can see some of the dry skin clinging on the side of my cheeks. I love the result but sometimes I do double cleansing so I look for my Foam Cleanser after this one.

FINAL VERDICT

My Thoughts about the product is 50/50 it can reduce the acne inflammation because of the anti bacterial property, It gives moisture on my skin, Also it also can remove makeup easily, It's gentle and cleanser+serum in one plus it's affordable but i still love my Klair's Deep Cleansing Oil even the Althea Korea Pore Purifying Serum Cleanser is much more affordable~. It works great but I still want my Klair's you get what it feels like right?

But I still want to give it a chance a month or two because like i said i just used this for just a couple of days!

Before the year ends I received a package from Althea Korea with 2 products in it, as in  2 out of many EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS OF ALTHEA KOREA!! A very fruitful year for my favorite Korean Online Shop releasing products another after another!. One of them is their Collaboration with the Indonesian Actress and Singer Titi Kamal and yes you read it right! her first name have different meaning in Philippines 😅but never mind the name i saw her picture online and she is a beauty! 

BACK TO THE PRODUCT SHALL WE? ha ha!

You will get 100ml of product for only P450 pesos or around $10. Actually here in Philippines it's quite pricey for just body mist because I can buy a EDT in Aficionado or Prescripto.

Stay Fresh Body Sparkling Mist is into the Fresh-Fruity-Floral Notes which i loves because I want my perfume to defines what is my personality and this one boost out my feminine side yet my bubbly character. They choose this notes because Titi Kamal loves it in perfume
but if you will ask me if I will repurchase it the answer is NO, I have tons of perfume in my room which smells better than this one and much more affordable BUT! yes a big but!

I love how this perfumes doesn't itch or irritate my nose. When i smell strong scents it makes my nose runny and itchy also the reason why I'm having a hard time making my own perfume. Yes! I make my own perfume using raw materials available in the market TMI ha ha~ Stay Fresh Body Sparkling Mist has this not so strong scent but you know that it full of fragrant and aromatic you get what i mean? 😂 Perfect for traveling and perfect for on the go Its long lasting for a mist, its gentle and will not irritate your skin!~

New Milk in Town from Althea Korea

ALTHEA KOREA MILK PEEL CREAM MASK

One of the best and my favorite product from Althea Korea is their new MILK PEEL CREAM MASK.

Claims:

• A gentle exfoliant that can remove dead skin cell
• It can removes impurities in your pores
• gives you a healthy, moisturized and nourished skin
• MILK+ BHA+ AHA Triple Care in just one bottle

I have a dry combination and sensitive skin type and I still  exfoliate my skin 1-2x a week because of the rough in the side of my cheeks to chin area, I'm very picky in my exfoliant because I don't want any redness or irritation. Althea Korea Milk Peel Cream gives me smooth and soft skin like a baby bums 👶 .

For P490 or around $10 you get 50ml of product it's package is so simple and cute and it comes with a pump. The texture of it is a clay mousse like at first application let it sit on your face a it will turn it to bubbly whipped like cream. It has this faint sweet scent that fades when applying it on to my face.



When it comes to their claims...
Yes, it is a gentle exfoliant There's no redness, itchiness or irritation after washing just a pure soft and smooth skin. I just noticed when i'm outside the whole day (pollution,stress,dirt and oil) it has this ticklish tingling sensation while the bubbles are forming after application but I don't feel it when i'm just home bound. I let my husband try it too and yes he feel the same when he was outside vs inside the whole day and for reference my husband skin type is oily sensitive and still works for him plus it doesn't gave us breakouts.

When it comes to my pores and black heads i don't notice much of the improvement so I need more time to test the product.  I can use it 3x a week without dehydrating my skin.

Althea Korea Petal Velvet Sunaway

LIGHTWEIGHT SUNBLOCK FROM ALTHEA KOREA

When I say Sunblock/ Sunscreen what comes in your mind first?

Thick? ashy color? white cast? tacky? patchy?

Well let me share with you my new favorite sunscreen as of this moment and that is the Althea Korea Petal Velvet Sunaway~

If you are not familiar about the Althea Korea it is an online website that offers authentic Korean Brand Products like Innisfree, Etude House, Tonymoly, Laneige etc. in some of the countries in Asia Althea Korea have their own brand and one of the products under their line is the Petal Velvet Sunaway

Note: I got this in PR but I will tell you guys my honest thoughts about the product

PACKAGING

It comes with a baby pink colored uni-carton, the packaging itself has white body and pink cap with a simple text in front that says Petal Velvet Powder with SPF 50+ PA+++ Moisture filled and sebum control. At the Back the text is in Korean except for the I think is the Key Ingredient DAMASK ROSE.  It is also Travel Friendly so it's perfect in my small mini pouch and you will get 55ml of product for only P480 in peso or around $8.

CLAIMS

- Lightweight, translucent sunblock 

- Leaves skin feeling fresh and hydrated

MY VERDICT



Yes it does feel so light weight and it's because it's watery consistency my skin absorbs it quickly.
I m shocked at first because We are all knew that some or most of the sunblocks are thick consistency that leaves your skin with this white uneven cast, If you are familiar with Etude House Sunprise they do share some similarities in terms of the consistency how it works on your skin but the Sunprise has this tacky feeling after application and does not work well under makeup if it's too hot like inn summer season while the Althea Korea Petal Velvet is like water that if you put it on your face it leaves your skin hydrated and dewy healthy glow. 


My only trouble in Althea Korea Petal Velvet Sunaway you can't wear it alone, sometimes I have this habit that after my morning skincare ill just end my routine with a sunblock or sunscreen then that's it with the Sunaway you need to set it because the tendency is when I sweat because PH is a hot humid country it irritates my eyes same with the Sunprise of Etude House.But overall i love it under makeup because it's lightweight and i have this inner glow my face looks matte but with a glow if you know what I'm saying ha ha.

Cushion Review: Mumuso BB Cream Cushion

MUMUSO Korea NUDE CUSHION BB CREAM COLOR 

MUMUSO Korea open their store at UP TOWN CENTER last year and because Im a fan of cheap stores like Daiso and Miniso gusto ko matry tong MUMUSO.

Hindi pa kami naki pagkagulo nung una dahil magpapagupit pa si Wiryiny My hubby sa bench fix (mga 4 shops lang pagitan sa Mumuso). We go straight at mumuso after His haircut and some of the customers are students and young teens specially sa make up area tapat din mismo nang entrance. So the guard and staff will greet you “Annyeong Haseo” a greeting in Korean Language. 

First thing I saw is the skin care items and not just a rack of skin care but a RACKS as in tons of skin care items to choose from. I got my skin care from water to facial mask. Then I saw the make-up rack and this BB and CC cushion caught my eyes. I can’t read what is written on the box because it’s in Korean so I look for someone who could help me figure what is this cushion all about.

Packaging

The Packaging of this cushion reminds me of Too Cool for School Make up items lalo na yung CC cushion but hindi ko binili yung cushion kasi when I saw my basket feeling ko hindi na sasakto yung budget ko haha!.

PRODUCT

The box and the cushion packaging have the same design, The cushion packaging is bulky but it only contains 10 grams.

Shades Available

I searched at www.fda.gov.ph for the product hindi kasi masagot ng sales lady lahat ng tanong ko kasi ang dami nyang inaasikaso so kinuha ko nalang yung item and I did my own research.Shades available are Skin and Ivory. Nakuha ko ang yung lighter shade which is yung Ivory, yung Skin kasi is like color Tan to Natural sa ibang cushions.

Claims

• ·       Hides Blemishes
• ·       Used as make up base
• ·       Offers moisturizing effect to improve skin appearance

Testing

To cover my whole face I need 10-15 times pressing the puff into the sponge and I think masyadong magastos parang isang linggong straight ko to gagamitin ubos na agad. So the Ivory shade is light than my skin tone but it oxidize naman.

Coverage Test

The Coverage of this cushion is actually low to medium. It does not cover or hide your blemishes or imperfections and still need a concealer, if you have a perfect skin I think this works for you. Unlike mine I have dark circles, veins in my cheek area and redness both side of my nose to be perfectly concealed.

Blend-ability

The formula of this cushion is blend-able effortless to use and It’s not sticky as well and it is so easy to work with.

Lasting ability

It wore off after 2-3 hours and I’m just driving or a passenger I didn’t do much just sitting and … yeah… bye cushion.

Pros

• ·       It can whitens your skin instantly
• ·       Compact cushion makes it easy to bring
• ·       Cute packaging! I’m so obsessed with cute packaging!

Cons

• ·       Doesn’t hide your skin imperfection (need 3-5 layers before totally hide my blemishes)
• ·       Used this a moisturizer instead of a foundation
• ·       After 2 weeks of using this item its completely dry
• ·       The dewy effect of this cushion makes your skin fresh healthy and glowing but this one it makes you look oily

Ratings

After using this around 10 times the cushion already gave up on me it’s now dry and for blog purposes I squeezed the sponge to get the remaining items.

 If ill gave my rating on this MUMUSO CUSHION 1 out of 10 ill gave it a 5. I just wish it last longer and hides your blemishes in just 1 layer 3-5 layers is too costly right? A big cushion package with small amount of items in it and a cushion instead of foundation act as a primer. As a cushion lover I’m quite disappointed with this baby I thinks I just bought the cute packaging and the cushion case instead of the BB CREAM. 

But on the other side for below 400pesos I think its ok I hope binili ko nalang ng facial mask nila hehe! Is this a must buy item? Absolutely not but if ever you want to try and curious about this why not. It is not a bad cushion at all I’m not just satisfied with it.
